Kate Jett

Kate Jett, M.Ed., CLCP, CRC, CVE, IPEC

Kate has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor since 2013 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from High Point University and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. She is currently a PhD Candidate at East Carolina University in the Counselor Preparation and Research program. Kate serves on the Legislative Affairs Committee and Emerging Professionals board for the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).

After working for Vocational Rehabilitation in both Kentucky and North Carolina, Kate began working in forensic rehabilitation in 2016 and has been able to utilize an effective approach to work in marital dissolution, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability hearings, evaluations and personal injury cases.

In addition to being a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Kate is also a Certified Life Care Planner, Certified Vocational Evaluator and holds a certification as an International Psychometric Evaluator. She also has been approved by the Social Security Administration as a vocational expert.
