Gil Spruance

Gil Spruance, MS, CRC, CVE, CCM, CLCP, MSCC

Mr. Spruance has been a practicing rehabilitation counselor in the state of Florida since 1979. He graduated from Fairfield University in 1976 with a B.S. degree in Psychology and North Texas State University in 1980 with a M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology/Rehabilitation. His Masters Thesis analyzed personality variables as a predictor of Facet Denervation procedure responses. He has been a member of the National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector (now known as IARP) since 1988, serving as the State Chapter President, 1993-1994.

After working for 10 years with a large, nationally known disability management company, Mr. Spruance founded Spruance and Associates, Inc., a regional, privately held disability management firm. Mr. Spruance specializes in vocational evaluations (wage loss determinations), Life Care Planning and assisting individuals with disabilities with Social Security Disability claims. Mr. Spruance routinely renders testimony as part of his involvement in a vast array of claims, including Worker’s Compensation, Longshore/Harbour Workers, Personal Injury, and Divorce.

Mr. Spruance is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Evaluator, State of Florida Qualified Rehabilitation Provider, Certified Case Manger, Vocational Rehabilitation Professional, Social Security Representative, Certified Life Care Planner and Medicare Set-Aside Specialist.
